  • Kyle Mulroy

    Kyle Mulroy is a founding member and partner of WSC. Kyle came to WSC from Holt, Mulroy & Germann Public Affairs, LLC. As a partner, Kyle provided government relations counsel to a diverse group of clients that included national non-profit advocacy organizations, corporations, and health systems, and worked extensively with the federal appropriations process. His strengths include developing effective legislative strategies, building coalitions and grassroots communications.

    Previously, Kyle spent nearly six years working in government at both the state and federal level, including more than four years as a senior staff member for a former U.S. Senator. In this position, he had the opportunity to work with numerous national, health-related associations and foundations on a myriad of federal legislative and budgetary issues. Kyle also served as a liaison to the Senate Finance Committee where his responsibilities included Medicare and Medicaid policy.

    Prior to his service in the Senate, Kyle served in the U.S. House of Representatives for the minority staff of the Ways and Means Subcommittee on Health. In that capacity, he helped coordinate legislative activities necessary for passage of the Health Insurance and Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. Before coming to Capitol Hill, Kyle served as a legislative consultant to the New Jersey Developmental Disabilities Council in Trenton, New Jersey. He also served for five years in several positions at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey.

    Additionally, Kyle has extensive experience in politics. In 1996, he was elected to serve as a New Jersey Delegate to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago. A former executive committee member of the Young Democrats of Monmouth County, New Jersey, he has served in various roles for New Jersey congressional and gubernatorial campaigns.

    Kyle graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and from The George Washington University with a Master of Arts Degree in Legislative Affairs.
